By installing, accessing, or using the ZapVox extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not install or use the Service.
Current status: ZapVox is in public BETA. This means new features may be added, modified, or removed from time to time, and occasional instability may occur. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that it is under continuous improvement.

ZapVox is a browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge that allows you to transcribe, translate, summarize, and analyze audio messages on WhatsApp Web using artificial intelligence.

Some features require a Google account for authentication. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.
ZapVox uses OAuth authentication via Google Sign-In, managed by Supabase Auth. We do not have access to your Google password.

The Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature allows you to use your own API keys for Groq or OpenAI services. When using this functionality:
ZapVox, including its source code, design, icons, and documentation, is owned by Diegomaier Nunes Neri and is protected by copyright law.
The transcriptions, translations, and summaries generated from YOUR audio content remain your property. ZapVox does not claim rights to the content you process through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapVox and its developer shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
Pro plan payments are processed by Stripe. ZapVox does not store credit card data.

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via notification in the extension. Continued use of the Service after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Upon termination, the sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the developer resides.
ZapVox is available to users internationally and complies with applicable laws in different jurisdictions. However, Brazilian law governs the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
ZapVox is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with the General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados - LGPD) in Brazil and internationally applicable data protection regulations including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for users in the European Union.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of BYOK keys and secure transmission of cloud-based operations. Local transcription data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to use cloud features.
