In one sentence

You refer someone, they subscribe through your link, and you earn discount credit on your own ZapVox subscription. Credit is not money: it reduces your invoices and is never withdrawn, transferred or converted into cash.

These Terms take effect on September 10, 2026 and form part of the Terms of Service.

1. What it is

1.1. The Referral Program lets ZapVox users ("Referrer") recommend the service to third parties ("Referred") through a personal link or code and receive, in exchange, discount credit on their own ZapVox subscription.

1.2. Taking part is free and optional. Nothing is charged to participate, and no purchase is required.

1.3. Credit arises solely from subscription payments actually made by the Referred to TECHMED Serviços Médicos Ltda ("TECHMED"). There is no credit for sign-ups, installs, clicks or for referring other referrers.

1.4. The program is single-tier: the Referrer earns credit only from the Referred they brought in themselves.

2. The credit

2.1. Credit is not money. It cannot be transferred, assigned, cashed out, converted into a refund or used outside ZapVox. Its only function is to reduce the Referrer’s own subscription.

2.2. For each subscription payment by the Referred, TECHMED calculates a credit equal to a percentage of the amount paid, according to the tiers published in the Referrer’s dashboard. Tiers are marginal and recalculated every month over the portfolio of Referred with a confirmed payment that month. No tier is a vested right.

2.3. Only subscription payments count (add-on purchases do not), in production, made by a person other than the Referrer.

3. Review period and cancellation

3.1. Every credit stays under review for 35 (thirty-five) days from the payment that generated it. After that period it is released and automatically reduces the Referrer’s next invoices, in the order they fall due.

3.2. If the payment that generated the credit is refunded, disputed or cancelled, the corresponding credit is cancelled. If it has already been applied as a discount, the amount is offset against later credits.

4. Cap

4.1. The available credit balance of each Referrer does not exceed R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais).

4.2. While the balance sits at the cap, new payments by Referred generate no credit. Nothing is held, accrued or owed: credit is calculated again once the balance drops, over later payments.

4.3. Credit already applied as a discount does not count towards the cap.

5. Validity

5.1. Credit remains valid while the Referrer’s account exists and is active. A deleted account, or one with no access for 12 (twelve) consecutive months, has its balance extinguished.

5.2. Credit does not yield interest, indexation or returns of any kind.

6. What the Referrer must not do

7. Suspension, changes and termination

7.1. TECHMED may suspend the Referrer and cancel the balance obtained through the breach in case of a violation of clause 6.

7.2. TECHMED may change percentages, tiers, review period and cap, or end the program, on 30 (thirty) days’ notice in the dashboard and by email. Changes are not retroactive: credit already released stays valid on the terms under which it was calculated, and remains usable for 12 (twelve) months after any termination.

7.3. The Referrer may leave the program at any time, without penalty; the balance already released remains usable under clause 5.

8. Independence

8.1. The Referrer acts on their own account, with no subordination, working hours, target or exclusivity. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, partnership, agency or mandate.

9. Data

9.1. The Referrer’s dashboard shows only amounts, dates and credit status. No personal data of the Referred is shown to the Referrer.

9.2. When collecting through their own channels, the Referrer is an autonomous controller of the data they collect. From the moment of access to ZapVox, TECHMED is the controller, under the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

10.1. These Terms form part of the ZapVox Terms of Use and, as to the program, prevail over them.

10.2. The benefit in Pro days described in Section 30 of the Terms of Service still applies to those who do not yet subscribe to a paid plan. Subscribers take part in this credit program. The two benefits do not stack for the same referral.
