v3.9.33
July 18, 2026
Fix
- The scheduled messages list is back — we fixed a case where the list (and the form) disappeared for people who are not Pro, because the plan notice was wiping out the section. Now everyone sees their scheduled messages normally.
- Variables moved to the WhatsApp mini-popup — the variables (
{{name}},{{date}}…) left the extension popup and moved to the scheduling mini-popup inside WhatsApp itself. The popup got cleaner and you insert the variable exactly where you write the message. - No more menu hidden in the corner — we fixed a visual issue where the inline menu got stuck in the corner of the screen when WhatsApp was disconnected.
v3.9.32
July 18, 2026
New
- One active browser per account — your ZapVox account is now active in one browser at a time. If you sign in on another browser or computer, the most recent session takes over and the previous one shows a friendly notice.
- "Use here" button — when you see the notice, one click brings the session back to the current browser, without having to sign out and sign in again.
- Server-side check (the most recent one wins) — protection against shared account use. You are still free to switch between your own devices whenever you want. Need several browsers at the same time? Talk to us at [email protected].
v3.9.31
July 17, 2026
New
- Message scheduling becomes a Pro feature (Free with 3 per day) — on the Free plan you can schedule up to 3 messages per day to try it out; on Pro it goes up to 100/day (fair use that protects your number).
- Plan and quota check on the server — the check is now done reliably on the server, counting the day's scheduled messages.
- Discreet notices — when you get close to or reach the Free limit, a light notice appears with the option to learn about Pro, without blocking your flow.
- On-screen reminders (🔔) remain free for all plans.
v3.9.30
July 17, 2026
New
- Scheduling with a redesigned look — we gave the Scheduling and Reminders sections a makeover: spacing, icons, status badges and the form are now clearer and more pleasant to use.
- No change in behavior — it just got nicer looking and easier to read. All the security controls and limits stay exactly the same.
v3.4.14
May 13, 2026
New
- Much more robust audio loading in busy groups — when WhatsApp takes a while to load metadata in chats with many messages, ZapVox now waits up to 8 extra seconds before reporting an error. The result: more audios are processed on the first try.
- Friendlier error message — it suggests clicking the button again before asking you to refresh the page with F5.
- Improved internal diagnostics to find problems faster in the next updates.
Backend
May 13, 2026
New
- Clearer, less confusing summaries — before, the summary sometimes assigned actions to names mentioned in the audio (e.g. "Rafael needs to do X"). Since ZapVox does not know whether you are the person mentioned or someone else, that could be confusing. Now summaries use impersonal language ("X needs to be done"), removing that confusion.
- Proper names are still preserved when they really matter (e.g. "Call Dr. Silva at 3 pm").
v3.4.10
April 23, 2026
New
- Security and stability reinforcements in the extension's internal communication channel
- Fine performance tuning in the Service Worker for long operations
v3.4.9
April 23, 2026
New
- Sentiment analysis is now remembered between sessions — no need to analyze again when you refresh the page
- Transcription visuals fully adaptive to the WhatsApp theme (light or dark), with excellent legibility in any bubble
- BETA badge in the popup to make it clear that the product is in a phase of continuous improvement
- Small visual and stability improvements
v3.4.7
April 22, 2026
New
- New 🎭 Sentiment button next to each transcription — it identifies whether the audio conveys joy, sadness, enthusiasm, concern, and much more
- The analysis appears in a separate label below the audio card — when you copy the transcription, the sentiment is left out (the copy stays clean)
- The "Bullet Points" button has been merged with the "Summarize" button — now a single 📝 button delivers the summary already organized into bullet points
- Fine interface adjustments and stability improvements
v3.4.5
April 21, 2026
New
- Fix in automatic language detection — audios in Portuguese are transcribed in Portuguese again even when the browser is set to another language
- Language detection is now done directly from the audio when the "Automatic" option is on, for more accuracy
- Stability improvements and small internal optimizations
v2.3.8
April 19, 2026
New
- New option in the popup: "Transcribe only new audios" (on by default) — it saves your credits by transcribing only audios received while the extension is open; older audios are still available with a manual click on the ✍️ button
- Extra protection in automatic sending — error messages are no longer sent to the chat by mistake
- Fix in the recovery of deleted messages — the feature works correctly again when enabled in settings
- General improvements in stability and transcription quality
v2.3.7
April 18, 2026
New
- Older audios in conversations with many messages are now transcribed more reliably
- Clearer error messages when the audio needs to be located manually
v2.3.5
April 18, 2026
New
- Fix in the daily counter — users who saw the limit as "already reached" without actual usage now start the day at zero
- Stability adjustments in plan management after the Trial period expires
v2.3.4
April 18, 2026
New
- Site navigation fixed — internal buttons on pages such as admin and dashboard respond to clicks again
- Compatibility improvements with the browser's security policies
v2.3.2
April 18, 2026
New
- Clearer error messages — you now get the exact reason when something fails (session, limit, connection, etc.)
- More robust transcription — internal flow adjustments to reduce failures in daily limit cases
- Stability adjustments and log cleanup
