Referral questions

How is a referral confirmed?
When your friend creates an account through your link (or pastes your code in the extension or the dashboard) and signs in for the first time, their 7 days are credited instantly. Your 5 are credited once they actually start using it (3 transcriptions on 2 different days, within 21 days), if you are not yet a subscriber. Each account can be referred only once.
Does my friend get anything too?
Yes. Anyone who joins through your link automatically gets 7 extra days of Pro access (on top of the 7-day trial). That is 14 days of full access in total.
Do referrals add up?
Yes. Each confirmed referral adds 5 days, up to a cap of 60 days accumulated per account. Each referral link works for up to 50 friends.
Does it work if I already subscribe to Starter or Pro?
Pro days are a period of full access — and paying subscribers already have that access. So they do not change your subscription. Your friend still gets the 7 days, and your link keeps working. And subscribers get invoice credit: when your friend makes their first full payment, half of it becomes your credit (on Annual and Biannual, which are already discounted, the share is proportionally smaller), then a share of each of their payments — up to R$ 300 of balance. Credit goes through 60 days of review and comes off your next invoices. Full rules in the Referral Program Terms.
What happens when the days run out?
The account returns to the plan it was on (Free, if you do not subscribe). Nothing is charged: the days are a gift, not a subscription.
Where do I see my referrals?
In your account dashboard (Referrals menu) and in the extension popup, under Referrals: the number of confirmed referrals and the days earned.
