How this page works
- The reading comes from a monitor that runs outside ZapVox servers. If the service goes down, this page stays up — that is the whole point.
- Green means sign-in, transcription and dashboard are responding. Red shows the expected return time; scheduled maintenance happens overnight, at the lowest-usage hour.
- When the service is unavailable, the extension keeps your request and retries on its own once the service returns (from version 3.15.80). You do not lose the audio or need to click again.
