ZapVox — How to delete your data

Delete the account from the dashboard (immediate)

Sign in at zapvoxia.com.br/dashboard with the same account you use in the extension (Google, Facebook, Microsoft or e-mail).
Open Settings and click Delete account.
Confirm. The account, transcripts, schedules, reminders and referrals are deleted right away, and any subscription is cancelled.

Signed in with Facebook? Deleting here removes everything ZapVox received from Facebook (name, e-mail and identifier). You can also remove the "ZapVox" app under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

Delete by e-mail

If you prefer, write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm by e-mail and complete it within 5 business days.

What is deleted

Account and profile data (name, e-mail, login provider identifier).
Transcripts, translations, summaries and usage history.
Schedules, reminders, notes and synced settings.
Referral code and referral links.

Audio files are never stored: they are processed and discarded immediately.

What is kept, and for how long

Tax records of payments (invoices and receipts), for as long as the law requires.
Anonymised technical logs, with no link to a person.
