No. The 7-day Pro Trial activates automatically on your first Google sign-in. No credit card is needed. After the 7 days, you automatically go back to the Free plan. To keep Pro, that's when you pick a paid plan.

After 7 days you automatically go back to the Free plan (free plan, no card, 10 transcriptions/day and up to 15 min of audio/day, with watermark — or without ZapVox limits with your BYOK key, drawing on your own key's quota). Nothing is charged. If you want to keep Pro, just pick a paid plan (monthly: R$29.90/mo · annual: R$199.90/yr · biannual: R$299.90 once). Billing is always in Brazilian reais (BRL).

The features are identical across all three plans — the only difference is the billing cycle and the price. Annual works out to about R$16.66/mo (44% cheaper than Monthly) and renews once a year. Biannual is a one-time payment of R$299.90 for 2 years — about R$12.50/mo, 58% cheaper than Monthly — with no auto-renewal at all.

Yes. You can upgrade (e.g. from Monthly to Annual) or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. The amount is prorated automatically by Stripe.

Available on every plan. You connect your OpenAI or Groq key directly to ZapVox. The key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored only in your browser — ZapVox never sees it.

What BYOK covers: the AI features — transcription, translation, summary and sentiment analysis — run on your key, without ZapVox's daily limits. Important: usage draws on your own key's quota/credits with the provider (Groq has a free tier with its own limits; OpenAI charges per use — you pay them directly, where applicable).

What BYOK does not change: plan features still follow your plan — message scheduling (3/day on Free), reminders, glossary, audio search, export, whole-chat summary and watermark removal remain as per Free/Pro.

With Free you transcribe up to 10 voice messages per day (up to 15 min of audio/day) in the cloud — or without ZapVox limits using your own BYOK key (uses your key's quota). Your transcriptions carry the 🎙️ ZapVox watermark when copying and on AutoSend.

With Pro you go up to 150 cloud operations/day per feature type and up to 150 min of audio/day (fair use), plus: automatic translation, AI summaries, topic extraction, and the option to remove the watermark.

Yes. ZapVox automatically splits long voice messages into chunks and transcribes everything, delivering the full text — without cutting off the end. Short audios stay instant as always.

Yes. Cancellation is self-service, with no need to talk to anyone: open your dashboard at zapvoxia.com.br/dashboard and cancel with one click, and, if the last charge is 14 days old or less and the account has not used the refund yet, it comes back in full. No forms, no "talk to an agent", no lock-in.

Same rule for Monthly, Annual and Biennial: the last charge is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days counted from it, once per account. Request it by email at [email protected] or directly in the dashboard. The 7-day trial is free and never generates a charge.

The AI automatically recognizes more than 99 languages — including English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi and Arabic. Translation supports the same languages as targets. The ZapVox interface is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
