Property audios, without losing a single detail

Square footage, neighborhood, price range, down payment, financing — it all lands in a 2-minute voice message while you're at a showing or stuck in traffic. Here's how to turn that into text you can read, search and paste into your CRM.

You're at a showing with a client, or stuck in traffic on your way to the next one, and the phone buzzes: another 2-minute voice message from an interested buyer. They mention the square footage they want, the neighborhood, the price range, whether they have a down payment, whether it depends on approved financing. You can't stop to listen carefully — and if you listen on the fly, something slips.

Missing a detail like that is expensive: the client feels like they have to repeat everything (and some just don't — they call another agent instead), your CRM ends up with an incomplete note, and the information that could have closed the deal gets lost between one WhatsApp message and the next.

ZapVox was built for exactly this kind of day: it reads the audio messages you receive on WhatsApp Web, transcribes them into text, summarizes the key points, and even translates them — no calls recorded, just what already arrives as a voice message.

In one sentence: you stop losing what the client said just because you were driving, at a showing, or busy with another lead.

From audio to CRM, in seconds

The audio arrives, ZapVox transcribes it automatically (or with one click), and the text appears right next to the message in WhatsApp Web. Square footage, neighborhood, price range — all in text you can read in 20 seconds, copy, and paste straight into the client's file in your CRM or spreadsheet.

A 4-minute negotiation audio with small talk before it gets to the point? The topic summary cuts straight to what matters: offer price, down payment, timeline, terms.

Foreign clients, foreign buyers

A foreign buyer interested in a vacation property or investment sends a voice message in Portuguese or Spanish. No need to copy it into a separate translator — ZapVox translates the audio right in the message card, in 99+ languages.

What it costs

The Free plan is enough to try it out: 10 transcriptions a day, no credit card. For agents who live off voice messages all day, Pro costs R$29.90/month (about US$6, or R$199.90/year) — probably less than what a mismanaged showing costs you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything on the client's phone, or just mine?

Just your computer. ZapVox is a Chrome extension that works on WhatsApp Web — the client doesn't install anything and won't notice any difference on their end.

Does ZapVox record my phone calls too?

No. It only reads audio messages that already arrive as voice notes on WhatsApp Web — it doesn't record voice or video calls.

Does it work in groups, like an agency group with several agents?

Yes, it works in both individual chats and WhatsApp Web groups.

Is it safe to use with client data?

Audio is processed and discarded — it isn't stored. If you want full control, you can use your own API key (BYOK) and the audio goes straight from your browser to the provider you chose.
